Farmers' Markets

We currently sharpen knives at the Mid-Town Farmers Market in Houston each Saturday morning between 8:00 am and 12 noon.

This market is in the parking lot of T'afia restaurant at 3701 Travis St. and is one block north of W. Alabama St. It hosts vendors both inside the restaurant and outside, every Saturday morning. Get the map.

This eatery is owned and operated by one of Houstons most celebrated chef's, Monica Pope. On Saturday mornings T'afia offers a very casual breakfast menu and may very well be the Mimosa capitol of Houston...at least on Saturday mornings! Monica also currently teaches a free cooking class, but seating is limited so reservations are required.

As if this wasn't enough, T'afia is right next door to the famous, Breakfast Club which provides the best finger lickin', artery cloggin', heart stoppin' soul food breakfasts you've ever tried!

Come on down. Drop your knives off at our van, enjoy shopping at the market, have breakfast and make some new friends.

We'll have your knives ready to go when you are.
