We know that most of you who enjoy our quality sharpening also have interest in quality food preparation and quality kitchen tools. Our service trucks contain a large knife inventory as well as tools and supplies for the professional or home chef. We represent many of the best suppliers from around the world.

At  we are always looking for excellent values, special purchases, or closeouts that might have appeal for our customers. Occasionally, when we have something to say, we will send you an email with the special offering. If you are interested… great. If not, well you will have lost only a moment reading the information.

If we have a great tip, recipe or news item to share, it will be included in our e-mail. In fact, we are planning a recipe contest. We service the knives of many hotels and restaurants, and we have started talking to the chefs, requesting a recipe for inclusion on our website.

Regarding your privacy, be assured we will never share or sell your personal information. We will, in fact, guard your information with all our knives and they are very sharp!
